WEEK-1
We, the 6 members of Mount Tabor Training College Pathanapuram opted GHSS Punalur for our teaching practice. On 18th September we started our new journey with lot of hopes. As the first day of teaching practice we met school H.M in charge Mrs. Blessy and she give an idea about the school and the rules and regulations. Then I met my corresponding Biology teachers. They gave proper instructions about each classes, students, periods and topics.
The first week was so good for me. I went to school with many doubts and fear, but the experience I got was very different. I got assigned clasess and also substitution clasess.On first two days, it was very difficult for class management and time mangement. Then I got adapted with it.Along with classes,there are many programmes were held on this week. Social Science quiz competition, Science Fair, Glass painting competition, PTA Executive Meeting, Spots meet etc. All these give as a new experience for me.Instead of watching this programmes, I got an opportunity to participate on programmes by doing our assigned duties. I also get opportunity to engage in regular noon feeding duty at school.The first week help me to teach a new lesson in my life. Iam very happy to be a part of all events held in school. It was a nice week and wonderful experience for me as to perform the role of a teacher.

| WEEK- 2 |
The second week was so different from the first.The week provided an opportunity to get closer to the children and for them to get to know me a little more.They get totally adjustable and comfortable with me.Day by day, the children gave feedback about my class and I tried to improve myself.A big difference from last week was I am able to manage whole class and manage to complete my lesson plan before class time. Like last week,classes on assigned class were get and I completed my lesson plans prepared for the week.And we the student teachers get duty on work experience competition held on school. It was a nice experience. Students with different talents were seen on that competition.Also on Wednesday school assembly was conducted in school open air auditorium in accordance with national nutrition week.We get discipline duty and arrangement of students in school open air auditorium. On 30/11/2023 as usual I have period in standard 8 and 9.I complete my assigned portion.After the next day we stop our teaching practice by taking a short break for our second semester university exam.The H.M and other teachers give permission to go back to our training college and blessed us to wrote the exam well.
